Waiting time
Airport arrivals: 1 hour free from landing, with a name board at no charge. Airport drop-offs: 15 minutes free. Other journeys: 5 minutes free. After that, waiting is charged by the minute.
Extras
Parking and toll charges are added at cost, with no mark-up. A £3 charge applies to journeys that start, end or pass through the London Congestion Charge zone. Fixed fares cover non-stop journeys; extra stops are quoted separately.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge within 5 minutes of your chauffeur being assigned. After that, a cancellation fee applies, which is higher if your chauffeur has already arrived.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight, so your chauffeur arrives for your actual landing time. There's no charge for flight delays, and the first hour of waiting after you land is free.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
In the arrivals hall, holding a name board. We'll message you on landing with your chauffeur's name and contact number.
Can I book a return journey or several transfers?
Yes. Many clients book a full itinerary — airport, hotel, meetings and onward travel — in one go, and we plan the timings around you.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes. We regularly drive to the Home Counties, country estates, the south coast and further afield on request.
Can you provide security-trained chauffeurs?
Security-aware route planning is standard, and enhanced protective options can be arranged on request. Please mention your requirements when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours' notice to guarantee availability, though we'll always try to accommodate short-notice requests.
